In line with our research of new active ingredients for plant nutrition with biostimulant activity, a field trial on Brassica sp. is ongoing. AXEB Biotech is involved in R&D to give solution to agricultural community to improve plant health and enhance crop yield and conditioning of soil by the use of innovative biostimulants, plant nutrition products, specialized fertilizers and adjuvants.

Original molecules, namely new L-cysteine derivatives, were designed, synthetized and formulated. After preliminary promising lab test results, we are testing these new products in real field conditions. Biostimulant effects are expected after foliar application on Brassica oleracea crop.

Our team of researchers formulate products that are tested in the fields by the agronomist team. This procedure ensures quality and effectiveness of AXEB’s Biostimulants and plant nutrition products.

L-cysteine derivatives developed by Axeb Biotech work are designed for acting as precursors of Glutathione, an important tripeptide antioxidant in life systems. Increasing of Glutathione pool would improve the antioxidant status of crops, enhancing plant resistance in biotic and abiotic stress situations.
