Recently, two members of AXEB Biotech got their Ph.D. degree in ETSEA, University of Lleida. ETSEA is one of the most important Agri-food and forestry campus in Spain.
The Ph.D. dissertations entitled ‘Reactive extraction of oilseeds for the preparation of monoglycerides’ and ‘Unravelling the molecular bases of carotenoid biosynthesis in maize’ were carried out in Department of Chemistry and Department of Plant Production and Forestry Science, respectively, following the program ‘Agricultural and Food Science and Technology’, which participates in the call for ‘Mention of Excellence’.
